Boys Varsity Baseball Coach- Rick Hofer
Rick Hofer is entering his 10-year as Varsity Baseball coach and Athletic Director. He is a 1972 graduate of Catholic Central. His background in baseball consists of 3 years in high school playing for the Marinette Legion team. He earned four college letters in baseball while attending Northland College and UW- Eau Clair. He graduated from UW- Eau Clair in 1977. He also played 12 years of Wishigan League baseball, the last ten with the Marinette redbirds. His coaching experience includes 1 year in the mid-80’s coaching the junior varsity team at Central. He also coached 7 years in the Marinette youth Baseball Association and assisted at Central. Rick has three sons Robin, 2002 Central graduate; Pat, 2006 at Central; and a 5 year old child.
